Consider two training programs:

Training program:
- Testicular massage - 5 min.
- Steam heating - 10-15 minutes.
- Light stretches in all directions - 10-15 minutes.
- High voltage rope - 10 min.

- The drug jelq - 50 repetitions. Before you start pumping, you need to prepare the penis for pumping. Jelq is ideal for this purpose. Dry or wet jelly that suits you best.

Packing procedure
Bring the penis to 80-90% erection, smear with cream or liquid Vaseline, then place in the flask and press it firmly to the pubis.

After sets

Increasing the load

- Moment 3- Healing creams. At the end of the workout you should use a healing cream. This will help heal red spots quickly and prevent the penis from darkening.
- Moment 4- Blood during pumping. During exercise at high loads, a few small drops of blood may come out of the urethra. This is due to damage to the vessels in the urethra. In this case, end the session immediately and take a break of two weeks. During the break, be sure to take the drug to strengthen blood vessels. It is also worth drinking vitamin E. After a two-week break, resume training, but start gradually: after two weeks of light training, return to full training.
